Terms of Payment
In order to begin work on merchandise a minimum deposit of 50% of the total estimated price is required. Payments may be made in the form of a business check, personal check, or credit card.
Cancellations and Refunds
Elias Conservation & Restoration Inc. cannot accept cancellations on work which has already begun. We may, at our discretion, make an exception in which case a service charge in the amount of the down payment will be charged.
No refunds will be made once work on your merchandise is completed. Merchandise(s) will be delivered and/or release upon receipt of the balance due.
Delivery must be accepted within 10 days of completed work. The client will be contacted to schedule a delivery date. The client may, at their discretion, schedule delivery through their own Truck Delivery Service or pick up directly. Any merchandise left over 10 days of completed work is subject to a monthly storage fee of 15% of the total invoice price.
The deliverer will service damages incurred upon delivery with the assistance of Elias Conservation & Restoration Inc. Elias Conservation & Restoration Inc. will not be held liable for the damages inflicted by the Truck Delivery Service.
